The online service eliminates the need to send us your damaged Cocoons, so it saves both time and money. Live Eyewear will process your warranty claim within 3 business days after receipt of your returned merchandise or your online submission.

Send us your damaged Cocoons products and include with them a note stating your name, telephone, email, a return shipping address, and a brief description of the nature of the problem with your Cocoons product.
Please insure your package for traceability in a crush-proof box. Padded mailers do not provide sufficient protection against further damage. We will not be responsible for product that is not delivered to us or is damaged in transit to us.
